Xenith Wong (Huang Xi) is a second year PhD Candidate in the Department of Real Estate, Business School, National University of Singapore (NUS). Xenith previously completed a Concurrent Degree Programme at NUS, earning a Master of Urban Planning (2023–2025) and Bachelor of Science (Real Estate) with Honours Distinction (2020–2024). She is a recipient of the NUS Research Scholarship (2025–present) and the Cheong Koon Hean Scholarship Award (2023–2024). Her industry exposure includes internships at JTC Corporation (Ministry of Trade and Industry), the Centre for Liveable Cities (Ministry of National Development), CapitaLand Retail Management, Mapletree Investments and Sentosa Development Corporation (Ministry of Trade and Industry).

Xenith's research interests include housing and demographic dynamics, household residential choice, housing affordability, real estate and urban planning. With four self-collected data sets, she is more than happy to explore research collaborations.
